State Senator Tom Harman - End of Year Honors

In today's Daily Pilot, Newport Beach (and Costa Mesa) we are told that:

"The California Taxpayers’ Assn. has given (State Senator Tom) Harman an “A” rating for the 2007 legislative session.
This was the fifth year the group, which opposes raising taxes and government spending, gave Harman its highest rating."

Congrats Senator Harman on that one.

The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association (who is called "one of the most consistently pro-taxpayer groups in Sacramento") also came out with their ratings giving State Senator Tom Harman also an A rating for 2007 (after a B rating in 2006 and 2005).

Congrats on getting more tax payer friendly.

Assemblyman Chuck DeVore writes more about it on the OCBlog.net.

Finally, as seen on the Harman Watch Blog, the California Log Cabin Republicans also "came out" with their 2007 Legislative Score Card.

State Senator Tom Harman scored the best (out of all Orange County Republican Legislators) in their ratings as well.

If you click here, you can compare "How Gay" our 33rd Senate District is in comparison with the other 37 State Senate Districts in the State.

Congrats to State Senator Tom Harman on that honor too.
