Don't Hesitate - NOW Is the Time!

When starting up your own business, one of the biggest worries is,

Now...you are probably saying to yourself,

"This is too good to be true."

...and you would be correct.

In Marketing classes, one is taught (or supposed to be taught)

The Four Ingredients to a Sale.

1. Sell Yourself (if they don't like you, they won't pay $10-$20k per month, per bed to rehab in your beachfront Peninsula property)

2. Sell NOW as the Time to Buy (It's a Free-for all on the Peninsula).

3. Sell the Location (Beachfront - enough said.)

4. And Sell the Product (who doesn't want to get sober?)

Between that email from Mike Ingersoll (check out his website too) and those Four Ingredients to a Sale, opening up your own Rehab/Sober Living Home is...well...you'd have to be stupid NOT to open one up.

Fortunately, I am just that stupid.
