Something which started at 150 people sending in a RSVP last week, exploded into almost 300 people attending last night.
In attendance were Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, Former US Senate Republican Nominee Bruce Herschensohn, Former State Senators John Lewis and Marian Bergeson, State Senator Tom McClintock, Assemblymen Jim Silva and Chuck DeVore, County Supervisors Pat Bates, John Moorlach and Bill Campbell, County Treasurer/Tax Collector Chriss Street, California Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring, former Costa Mesa Mayor Peter Buffa, OC Register writers Steve Greenhut and Frank Mickadeit, among many many more.
Really classy event to celebrate a bygone era of the Republican Party of Orange County.
Back when the Volunteers mattered most.
And everyone was welcome regardless of how much money they donated.
