How to Make a Polymer Clay Heart Without Using Cookie Cutter

We have always learned that to make a heart from polymer clay, we must use a heart shaped cookie cutter. There is just no other way to create that specific shape. Unfortunately, that is completely wrong. I actually found a way to create tiny cute hearts without the use of cookie cutters. . The truth is that polymer clay is such a flexible material that it can let you make miniatures without the help of any tools at all. But for the time being, to make the heart, use the technique that I have discovered.
~Things required~
A small amount of polymer clay (color of your choice)
Flat surface
Blank paper (lay it on the flat surface)

Instructions:
Step 1. Roll your polymer clay into a ball and place it on your blank paper.

Step 2. Now roll it again with your finger to give it a thick snake shape.

Step 3. With the help of your index finger and thumb, bend one side of your polymer clay piece.

Step 4. Give it a nice squeeze to close both ends.

Step 5. Leave it on the paper surface and press the wide surface with your finger so you can make it flat.

Step 6. Then, give a slight amount of press on its both lower circular sides.Use your thumb and middle finger for better control.

Step 7. Again press the wide surface of the heart to flatten it a little. Also smooth out the edges. Do this by leaving the clay on the paper.

Step 8. There, now you have your little heart.

Do you see how it is easy to make a heart? Now remember one thing. You can make this heart either fuller or narrow. For a fuller look, simply keep flattening the heart. And for the narrowed style, just press the heart's both lower sides.
