BREAKING NEWS: Retail Sales Unchanged In August

U.S. retail sales were flat in August after rising 0.3% in July. Economists had expected an increase of 0.2%. Excluding the transportation component, retail sales rose 0.1%, missing the 0.3% increase economists had been expecting.
