Bloods Member Gets 20 Years In Wicomico County Circuit Court Today

During a routine traffic stop a few months ago a Police Officer found a loaded weapon that was found to be a part of a shooting in Wicomico County.

That case came to trial today where the defendant, (a Bloods Gang Member) tried to do an Alford Plea, agreeing to a 15 year sentence.

Judge Davis rejected the Alford Please and instead sentenced him to 25 years in jail, 5 years suspended. At that moment the Gang in the court room went nuts in anger.

We'll see if the States Attorneys Office will put out a Press Release today but I'm sure it won't mention the outburst.
