Councilwoman Nancy Gardner's January Newsletter

In this Month's newsletter, Councilwoman Gardner has made some "bold" predictions for 2008.

Well...not soo bold, but good predictions anyways.

1. There will be a site selected for City Hall
2. There will be a Group Home ordinance passed.
3. Decisions will be made about Banning Ranch.

She then gives her two cents on each prediction, which are all very insightful, at times opinionated, and very much appreciated.
