Huntington Beach has just passed a law which FORCES pet owners to spay and neuter their cats and dogs.

I suppose now we know where Huntington Beach's State Senator Tom Harman gets his Nanny-fying tendencies.

Government controlling people's lives like this is a very dangerous precedent. What's next?
